Lasagne - this all time favourite Italian dish of prime beef, vine tomatoes, garlic and fresh herbs with fresh pasta layers topped with a rich cheese sauce.

 

Chicken Cordon Bleu - fillet of chicken filled with gammon ham and Swiss cheese,

 

Buttered new potatoes, crisp green salad and French bread accompany these dishes

Salmon & Broccoli Quiche - a great combination of flavours and textures enriched with double cream to produce this light delicate quiche.

Roast Norfolk Turkey - presented with a duo of dressings: cranberry sauce and caramelised red onion.

Fillet of Beef Stroganoff - a fantastic example of this popular classic dish, combining beef fillet, sautéed field mushrooms and red onions in a rich cream sauce infused with brandy and paprika.

Thai Chicken with Sesame Noodles - stir fried chicken with oriental vegetables, delicately spiced with lemongrass, ginger, coriander and coconut milk.
